PostScript Runge-Kutta code

Jim Duncan dared me to do this, so I did. Basically, it's the differential equation y'(x) = x + y, with y(0) = 1, solved at y(1). This is, in no, way, shape, or form, saying that you should solve diffyeqs in PostScript, unless you're an idiot.
